Dr. Heribert Zouetchou

Dr. Heribert Zouetchou is American from Cameroon, Nde Division, West Africa. He migrated in the United States of America in 2007. Indeed, he earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (2004) at High School of Economics and Commerce in Douala and other in Spanish (1998) at the University of Yaoundé. He worked as Market Research Executive in many Sub-Saharan African countries before coming into the United States America. That work experience across some African countries gave him the opportunities to observe some African tangible problems that could found a solution in the Onpassive Information Technology Project. Indeed, African countries are very behind in the international community when it comes automation and artificial intelligence related to online education, telehealth, secure mailing tools, digital wallet, accounting needs automation, social networking setup, URL with multiple features, online one stop shop, marketing, … Onpassive project offers a clear and unprecedented solutions to those African technology backwardnesses via its services such as o-academy, o-counting, o-wallet, o-mail, o-trim, o-virtual, o-domain, etc. He is fluent in English, French, and Spanish. His passion and experience in research led him to start a doctoral program in 2009 at Walden University, Minneapolis, Minnesota. In 2015, Dr. Zouetchou earned a PhD in Health Services at Walden University. He is currently working as State of Texas Civil Servant, in a state medical facility.

In terms of Information Technology (IT), Dr. Heribert Zouetchou is a professional working since February 2019 at Data Service Group in Houston. In that regards, he started as Senior Linux System Administrator with high work experiences in Linux installation, bash shell scripting, Linux commands for shutdown, restart, logout, files and directory, users and groups, permissions, archives and compressed files, and network administration. Since 2020, Dr. Zouetchou serves as DevOps Senior engineer at Data Service Group with automation projects completed in git, GitHub, Jenkins, docker containerization, Ansible, and Kubernetes. Amazone Web Services is another area of work experiences with projects completed related to virtual private cloud, load balancer, instance, route table, internet gateway, security group, virtual private network.

Dr. Zouetchou served as La Famille Bamileke de Houston Group (LAFABAH)’s Vice-President and Public Relations Officer from 2013-2016. Plus, Heribert received the Excellence of Services Award in 2016 from Lafabah. He is since January 12, 2019, the LAFABAH’s Chief Executives Officer (CEO). As the head of family, he lives in Katy-Texas since August 29th, 2014 with his family.
