Terms and Conditions: 2026 Dental-Medical Global AI Summit

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, attending, or participating in the 2026 Dental-Medical Global AI Summit, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all individuals, including speakers, delegates, exhibitors, and sponsors.

2. Registration and Payment

  • Currency: All registration fees are listed and payable in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via secure online platforms (PayPal/Stripe) and credit/debit cards.
  • Transaction Fees: Registrants are responsible for all associated bank or transaction fees.

3. Strict Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable: All registration fees, including Conference Passes, Gala Event tickets, and specialized track fees, are strictly non-refundable.
  • Substitutions: You may transfer your registration to a colleague at no extra cost. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Conference Secretary at least 45 days prior to the event start date (June 26, 2026).
  • Force Majeure: If the event is postponed, rescheduled, or disrupted due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, or civil unrest), refunds will not be issued. Instead, all paid fees will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled event or a future edition of the summit.

4. Travel and Accommodation

  • Travel Arrangements: Participants are solely responsible for booking and financing their own flights and travel arrangements. The organizers are not liable for any financial loss due to travel cancellations or delays.
  • Accommodation Services: The summit does not provide accommodation services. Attendees must manage their own hotel bookings.
  • Hotel Block Rate: For your convenience, a discounted block rate has been secured at the Leonardo Royal Hotel London Tower Bridge. This rate is subject to availability and must be booked directly with the hotel using the summit’s designated partnership link/code.

5. Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. All participants must:

  • Act professionally and respectfully towards others
  • Avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour

Violations may result in immediate expulsion from the event without refund, and in severe cases, reporting to relevant authorities.

6. Disclaimer of Deliverables

  • No Certificates: To maintain focus on the summit’s high-level interactive nature, the organizers do not provide Certificates of Attendance or physical/digital participation awards.
  • Continuing Education: While the summit offers up to 40 CEU credits, it is the attendee’s sole responsibility to track their attendance and confirm credit eligibility with their respective local or international licensing boards.

7. Event Modifications

The organizers reserve the right to:

  • Change the program schedule, speakers, topics, or session formats.
  • Shift the delivery mode (e.g., from in-person to virtual or hybrid).
  • Modify the specific room assignments within the venue. All major changes will be communicated via the official website or email.

8. Use of Likeness

By attending, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. You agree that your likeness may be used in promotional materials, websites, and social media for the Doctor-to-Doctor Movement and Global Summits Institute without compensation.

9. Liability

The organizers are not liable for personal injury, illness, or loss/damage to personal belongings occurring during the event. We strongly recommend all international participants carry comprehensive travel and health insurance.

10. Data Protection

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may, however, share it with trusted payment processors (such as PayPal or Stripe); third-party service providers that assist with event logistics; hosting partners or virtual-platform providers for hybrid or online events; and, when legally required, government authorities—for example, to issue visa letters or comply with tax regulations.
